Fitmanual allows you to save workouts not tracked by your Apple Watch to your Activity Rings.

There are certain workouts that the Apple Watch may not track, leading to incomplete Activity Rings. Fitmanual bridges this gap by enabling you to log these workouts manually. Simply select your activity, specify the duration, and Fitmanual will automatically calculate the calories burned.

Workouts registered in the iPhone application contribute towards both the Move and Exercise Rings, ensuring a comprehensive overview of your physical activity. Please note that only workouts completed within the last 24 hours will be recorded in the rings.

In addition to the pre-defined activities listed below, you have the option to include custom activities by adding them in the iPhone App. These custom activities will then sync with your Watch.

The app utilizes HealthKit to store workout data and calorie information in the Health App.
